The power in all movement requires a strong foundation. Yoga and mobility therapy can provide this support and have a positive impact on how we feel daily. In this class we will discuss the development of healthy movements; joint function, range of motion, and muscle activation. Then we will put it into action with a yoga practice and myofascial release using props. This workshop is for anyone who has experienced pain in your feet, ankles, knees, have tight hamstrings, have suffered from hamstring / groin sprain, or have pain in the lower glutes. You will leave feeling connected, empowered, and confident in your foundation.
