As lifelong students and teachers how can we apply this information?

In this workshop we will use yoga, movement screens and mobility testing to determine how our daily life is affecting our body. Our aim is to identify commonly seen restrictions and dysfunctional patterns. Utilizing this information we will create a better awareness of our physical and mental needs in the 21st century.
